We offer beef by the 1/8, quarter, half or whole OR we offer cuts ala carte.  You save per pound when you buy in bulk, but not everyone needs a bulk purchase, so you can also order in cuts that we have available. What we offer varies throughout the year, but if you email us we will send you a price sheet with options we have at that time. We will get back with you as quickly as we can - this beef is worth the wait!
